Eloquentis is an Agile consulting practice led by experienced Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Delivery Managers who support software development teams through complex change. We help organisations apply Scrum and Kanban to improve delivery flow, reduce friction between business and IT, and build teams that can self-organise with confidence.
We combine strong academic and coaching foundations with hands-on experience in product and software delivery. This lets us bridge strategy, product thinking, and day-to-day team dynamics: we make Agile ways of working practical, sustainable, and effective for international, distributed teams.

Eloquentis supports technology organisations that need hands-on delivery leadership to stabilise execution, improve collaboration, and embed Agile ways of working in real teams, not just in theory.
