WHO WE ARE
Eloquentis is the Agile practice of Marco Adragna, Scrum Master & Agile Coach with over 15 years of experience supporting software development teams through complex change. I help organisations use Scrum and Kanban to improve delivery flow, reduce friction between business and IT, and build teams that can self-organise with confidence.
I hold an M.Sc. from the University of Oxford, am an ICF-accredited coach with training in counselling psychology, and a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I & II, PSPO II) with experience in multi-team facilitation (SAFe Agilist). Thanks to a background that spans development and hands-on Product Owner work, I can bridge strategy, product thinking and day-to-day team dynamics to make Agile ways of working concrete and sustainable.

Agile Coaching & Scrum Master Services
I work with technology organisations that need a hands-on Scrum Master or Agile Coach to stabilise delivery, improve collaboration and make Agile ways of working stick in real teams, not just on slides.
On a contract basis, I typically support one to three Scrum or Kanban teams and their leaders to:
- Increase delivery flow: clearer goals, leaner backlogs, better planning and slicing of work, using metrics like lead time, cycle time and throughput instead of gut feeling.
- Improve team autonomy: reduce the need for constant escalation by helping the team take ownership of commitments, impediments and ways of working.
- Strengthen collaboration with Product & stakeholders: cleaner refinement, sharper user stories and acceptance criteria, and more honest conversations about priorities and trade-offs.
- Make Agile practices sustainable: calibrating events, roles and artefacts (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to your context instead of forcing a textbook framework.
Beyond single teams, I can also support Agile transformations at department or organisation level, helping leadership clarify goals, align team structures and value streams, coach new Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and introduce lightweight governance and metrics that make progress visible.
My support combines facilitation (events, workshops, retrospectives), one-to-one coaching with key people (Product Owners, Tech Leads, managers) and practical changes in tools and process (for example Jira or Azure DevOps boards, WIP policies, working agreements).
