I hold an M.Sc. in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford, am an ICF-accredited coach, hold a certificate in counselling psychology, and am a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II, PSPO II) and have experience in multi-team facilitation. Drawing on both my corporate background and coaching expertise, I bridge strategic thinking, practical action, and agile, iterative processes.
